กลุ่มธุรกิจที่ให้บริการ
PTT Station
OR มีสถานีบริการน้ำมันภายใต้แบรนด์ พีทีที สเตชั่น กว่า 1,900 สาขาครอบคลุมทั่วประเทศไทย นอกจากการจำหน่ายน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงแล้ว OR ยังเป็น ผู้ริเริ่มในการนำธุรกิจค้าปลีกประเภททำต่าง ๆ เข้ามาช่วยเต็มความต้องการของผู้บริโภคที่มาใช้บริการที่สถานีบริการน้ำมัน พีทีที สเตชั่น อาทิ ร้านกาแฟ คาเฟ่ อเมชอน ร้านอาหาร ศูนย์บริการยานยนต์ ฯลฯ อีกทั้งยังเปิดโอกาสให้เกษตรกรนำผลิตผลทางการเกษตรมาจำหน่ายให้แก่ผู้บริโภคโดยตรงตามแนวคิด ลิฟวิ่ง คอมมิวนิตี้ (Ling Community) ของ OR ที่นั่งคำนึงถึงความต้องการ และการสร้างประโยชน์ให้แก่สังคมชุมชนโดยรอบ โดยให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการออกแบบรูปแบบการดำเนินธุรกิจ เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต และเศรษฐกิจชุมชน และให้สถานีบริกา น้ำมัน พีทีที สเตชั่น เป็นศูนย์กลางของชุมชนอย่างแท้จริง
NGV Station
สถานี NGV (Natural Gas for Vehicles) ของบริษัท ปตท. นำ้มันและการค้าปลีก จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ OR ได้กลายเป็นหน่ึงในโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านพลังงานที่สำคัญของประเทศไทยโดยเริ่มให้บริการมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2546 เพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้พลังงานทางเลือกที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ลดการพึ่งพาน้ำมัน และสนับสนุนภาคขนส่งของประเทศ สถานี NGV ของ OR จึงไม่ใช่แค่จุดเติมเชื้อเพลิง แต่คือสัญลักษณ์ของความมุ่งมั่นในด้านความยั่งยืน ความปลอดภัย และความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมในระยะยาว

ธุรกิจร้านกาแฟ คาเฟ่ อเมซอน เป็นธุรกิจที่ OR ได้สร้างและพัฒนาขึ้นเอง มาตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2545 จนได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดีจากผู้บริโภค และยังถือว่าเป็นร้านกาแฟที่มีจำนวนสาขามากที่สุดในประเทศไทยกว่า 3,000 สาขา ทั้งยังมีร้านสะดวกซื้อภายใต้แบรนด์ จิฟฟี่ ธุรกิจเครื่องดื่มแบรนด์ เพิร์ลลี่ ที นอกจากนี้ OR ยังเป็นมาสเตอร์แฟรนไชส์ของธุรกิจอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ภายใต้แบรนด์ เท็กซัส ชิกเก้น ฮั่วเซ่งฮง ติ๋มซำ รวมทั้งยังมีพันธมิตรทาง ธุรกิจทั้งแบรนด์ระดับโลกและแบรนด์ไทยชั้นนำอีกมากมาย ที่ได้เข้าร่วมให้บริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในสถานีบริการน้ำมัน พีทีที สเตชั่น
